五寮尖五星旗 新北：難認違法

新北市政府今天表示，五寮尖登山步道山頂遭綁插中國五星旗，難以認定違反廢棄物清理法，管轄的農委會林務局應主張權利。

新北市府環保局表示，當地屬於農委會林務局管轄，在山頂的松樹上綁插五星旗，很難認定違反廢棄物清理法，最好由土地所有權人主張權利。

五寮尖山頂今天被登山民眾發現，松樹上以鐵絲綁插五星旗，由於綁旗的地方地勢險惡陡峭，必須攀爬濕滑的懸崖下方10公尺，並爬上筆直的松樹，再以鐵絲綑綁，山友懷疑插旗的人背後動機不單純。

新北市府觀光旅遊局說，五寮尖登山步道全長4.9公里，險峻稜岩步道是充滿刺激、冒險、挑戰的登山路線，即使是「勇腳」也要費一番功夫。

由於得攀爬下斷崖，再爬樹才能拆除五星旗，有相當難度與危險，有民眾企圖製作簡易拋繩，或找來有攀岩經驗山友協助。
