標題[請問] 是否開立銷貨退回或折讓證明單?

最近遇到一些會計的問題，想請教大家。 公司在102年12月份出了一批貨，並開了一張三聯式發票給客戶 公司在103年1月也已經完成營業稅申報了 只是103年3月客戶說要退掉這批貨，想請問： 　 1.不管客戶有沒有申報那張發票，公司是不是都要開銷貨退回或折讓單？ 　2.如果開立了折讓單，客戶那邊會怎麼處理？ 　 　 a.如果客戶當初沒有申報那張發票，折讓單對他們有什麼用處呢？(純粹是當作憑證？) 　 　 b.102年12月的發票，如果103年1月沒有申報，是否可以等到103年3月補申報？ 3.另外，不管多久以前的開的銷項發票，只要退回都可以開立銷貨退回或折讓 單？沒有期限限制嗎？ 4.假如102年12月的銷項發票，103年03月開立折讓單，結果103年05月忘了申報， 要怎麼處理呢？ 因為不是學會計的，又遇到這些問題，真的很頭大。 所以想請問相關的問題或說明，可以參考哪些書籍呢？ 謝謝大家的幫忙～ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.0.252
