「抓猴神器」監控男友　女婚事告吹淚崩

台北市一名女房仲因擔心男友劈腿偷吃，竟悄悄向不法業者購買有「抓猴神器」之稱的間諜軟體安裝在男友手機內進行監控；男友得知後，當場決定分手，取消已經訂好的婚期，並堅持提告妨害秘密，讓女房仲當場淚崩，哭求無用。

根據了解，全案是因警方在12日於桃園逮捕涉嫌販售該不法軟體的業者，而意外追出此案；案發後，警方已依妨害秘密罪嫌將涉案的販售業者和洪女移送法辦。
