張花冠被控索賂三千萬元案 辯論終結4/3宣判

嘉義縣長張花冠被控在立法委員任內，收取廠商三千萬元賄賂案，嘉義地方法院今天（13日）辯論終結，審判長諭令全案將在四月三日宣判。

張花冠被控在擔任立委期間，介入嘉義縣「大埔美」「香草藥草生物科技園區」BOT開發案，向廠商索取三千萬元賄款，遭到檢方起訴。今天全案辯論終結，張花冠親自出庭陳述，再三強調個人清白，表示她是基於公共利益，行使立委職權。三千萬元只是借款，整起案件完全是檢方「為起訴而起訴」，硬將立法委員「實質影響力」無限擴張解釋，羅織罪名。

公訴檢察官劉達鴻則重申張花冠以「借貸關係」包裝賄賂行為，而且三千萬元數目可觀，借貸雙方沒有簽立借據，也沒有擔保品和利息，明顯不合常理。公訴檢察官直指張花冠以借錢為名，行索賄之實，強調「如果這不是賄賂，什麼才是賄賂？」

雙方在庭上數度來回攻防，激烈交鋒。嘉義地方法院審判長最後諭令，全案將於四月三日宣判。
