國外一名36歲瑜珈教練Laura Kasperzak，時常和自己的小女兒一起做親子瑜珈，並將照片上傳到Instagram，因照片拍得可愛俏皮，散發濃濃的幸福感，目前Laura的Instagram已有70多萬人追蹤，Laura表示，有一次她那愛拍照的女兒做了個倒立動作，並叫她拍下來，此後小孩有了興趣，親子便時常一起做瑜珈、拍照，身教的力量果然強大。（沈欣蓓／綜合報導）
