檢察總長被提名人最高檢察署主任檢察官顏大和上午前往桃園縣參加一場公祭，他對於被提名只簡短表示，如獲立委投票同意通過人事案，目標將提升檢察官辦案士氣、促進司法為民的公信力、加強檢察官辦案的團隊能力、提升檢察官辦案職能。
