4G申請要學歷挨轟　NCC：業者早知道

國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)主委石世豪今赴立法院交通委員會進行「行動寬頻（4G）業務申設進度」專案報告，由於NCC對4G申設審核遭批評要闖五關、規則綁手綁腳，且外界質疑NCC還要求董事長、總經理畢業證書，讓業者網路建設動彈不得，石世豪今受訪時表示，去年5月業者就知道需要經理人學經歷的資料，相關把關涉及對維持服務品質、災防、消費糾紛處理等，都是必要的審查內容。

另，對於4G資費，石世豪說，目前沒看到業者提報的資料，但一樣的品質、速度，絕對不會比3G貴。交通委員會今上午現場未有委員出席，主席宣布休息到中午12時。（徐毓莉／台北報導）
