竹東民宅火警 縣府助清理

新竹縣竹東鎮杞林路發生火警，新竹縣長邱鏡淳今天請相關單位人員幫助清理，讓住戶可以早日回到原址居住。

這戶透天厝民宅今年1月15日因電器短路發生嚴重火警，致使2樓以上屋內全毀，財物損失嚴重，所幸無人員傷亡，但一家6口無棲身之地，暫時租屋居住。

其中有4名子女在大專院校就讀，生活陷入困境，目前已由新竹縣政府社會處及鎮公所提供必要協助。竹縣府社會處說，行政院政務委員林政則對此也很關心，致贈新台幣10萬元給該住戶，做為急難救助之用。

邱鏡淳今天與新竹縣政府消防局長孫福佑等人到竹東探視受災戶，並動員警消、義消、清潔隊、婦女防火宣導隊及救護志工約50人，協助清理家中燒毀的器具及清運廢棄物，受災戶對此充滿感謝。

邱鏡淳說，感謝大家協助受災戶清理家園，希望受災戶的生活可早日安頓，讓生活回到正軌。
