【苦勞網】福島三週年 日災民談回家的悲哀

1999年，位於日本東海村的核燃料製備廠，發生了日本第一起核災死亡事故，導致2位製備廠員工死亡，被稱之為「東海村JCO臨界意外」，村上達也說，當時擔任村長的他，在政府尚未指示的狀況下便下令疏散10公里內的31萬居民，那是他首度感受到核電的威脅；在311大地震時，從北到南的女川、福島第一、福島第二、和東海第二發電廠有3個反應爐，福島第一、第二發電廠共有10個、東海第二發電廠有1個，總共14個反應爐受到海嘯影響，面臨核心融毀的危機，東海村的第二發電廠有兩條線路被切斷，利用柴油發電機來發電，3台當中也有1台損壞，村上達也說，核電廠30公里範圍內有100萬人口數，無法全數疏散的結果就是許多人會暴露在輻射中，想到這些他就感到背脊發涼…（閱讀全文）
