想當個紐約客嗎？你得先準備一筆不小的租屋費用！
 
由於紐約人口多，第一太平戴維斯資深經理關蕙君指出，當地多數房屋為集合式住宅，因商務需求、學生的短期租客多，部分房東會附家具，套房面積約7~8坪，通常有簡易廚房可料理，而紐約的租金則是全美國最高，舉例來說，豪華型的公寓套房，月租金最高約4000元美金(約12萬元台幣)，而普通款的套房平均月租金則約2000元美金(約6萬元台幣)

對於許多領22K月薪的台灣民眾來說，若想體驗紐約生活，在紐約租屋1個月，至少得不吃不喝3個月，若是豪華型的公寓，更得不吃不喝將近半年，堪稱紐約居大不易。（鄭婷方／台北報導）
