水氣+冷氣團　中部以北及東半部濕冷冷

中央氣象局指出，大陸冷氣團及華南地區水氣一波波往台灣上空移動，今凌晨平地最低溫為新竹12.7℃，中部以北及東半部溼冷持續到今天，中南部地區雲量偏多，偶爾會有短暫雨。

氣象局表示，在氣溫方面，今天清晨中部以北的低溫仍低，約12至15℃，白天冷空氣稍微減弱，中部以北高溫將比昨天略回升2到3℃，南部地區溫度和昨日相比差異不大，北部高溫仍僅16至18℃，中南部高溫多可來到20℃以上。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
