調查局破製毒工廠 可製成170萬顆一粒眠

調查局南部地區機動工作站破獲製毒集團，在基隆市暖暖區及屏東縣滿洲鄉各查獲一處「一粒眠」製毒工廠，查扣的原料約可製成170萬顆「一粒眠」。(林憲源報導)

調查局南機站會同台南市警局少年隊、高雄市及屏東縣警察局，共同破獲「一粒眠」製毒工廠。

調查局南機站說明，去年底接獲情資得知基隆一名曹姓嫌犯籌設工廠製造一粒眠，監控得知曹姓嫌犯將製毒原料交給製毒師傅王姓嫌犯。王姓嫌犯住在屏東縣滿州鄉，調查人員監控發現他外出時步履蹣跚手扶牆壁，研判嫌犯可能是在製毒過程中吸入大量芬納西泮毒氣，副作用是抑制中樞神經進而影響感官判斷。

專案小組趁嫌犯精神不繼，攻堅查獲打錠中之的一粒眠成品、粉末、及製毒設備一批。隨後在基隆同步逮捕曹姓主嫌，再搜出打錠機機具及製作一粒眠所需之大批化學混合劑；調查人員說明，一公斤原料芬納西泮可製成25萬粒一粒眠，這次查獲的原料六公斤多，可製成170萬顆一粒眠。

調查局南機站說明，馬來西亞對一粒眠毒品有龐大需求，目前在馬國一粒眠毒品因為缺貨，一顆折合新台幣約200元，如果毒販製成170萬粒一粒眠全部脫手，市價將高達3億4000萬元。
