揪感心！　北醫學生赴非提供牙科義診

今年寒假期間，一群台北醫學大學醫學、牙醫與藥學系學生花了12天時間、冒著感染愛滋病的風險，飛往我國非洲友邦史瓦濟蘭，為當地1千多名當地民眾做牙齒健檢、塗氟、窩溝封填。志工學生說，能照顧友邦人民口腔健康，感到相當有成就感。

北醫大學生組成的「楓杏海外史瓦濟蘭服務隊」有10名團員，隊長楊智皓說，過去北醫也常有海外志工，但多以簡單衛教、營隊為主，能出國進行牙科義診，更具意義。他說，當地愛滋病盛行，許多牙科醫師因此卻步，幸好曾到史國服務的北醫附醫顏面外科主治醫師祈力行答應幫忙，才讓醫療服務更全面。（陳威廷／台北報導）
