高價買到贗品 紫砂壺商人提告

高雄一名從事紫砂壺買賣的蔡姓男子，先後向朋友買了五把總價二十多萬的名家壺，但是經鑑定，其中只有一把是真品，其他都是贗品。買家要求退貨，賣家相應不理，一狀告上警局。

蔡姓商人因為紫砂壺生意結識台南的王姓男子，三個月前，王姓男子先後拿了五把大陸高級工藝師李碧芳、李昌鴻、王石耕等名家的作品求售，蔡姓商人看了喜歡，花了二十三萬購賣了，但事後將照片傳到大陸請求鑑定，卻得到贗品的結論。五支紫砂壺中只有一把李昌鴻的作品是真品，其他都是假貨。

高市三民一警分局說明，報案人稱當時雙方言明，如果是鑑定是仿製品就退款，但涉嫌賣仿冒品的王姓男子連電話都拒接，事後則辯稱只是幫人代售。警方依詐欺罪嫌送辦。
