【花吃飯堂】肉絲蛋炒飯

小美原本約同事烤肉，兩天前就採買了肉片，不料其中幾個人臨時被公司派去香港出差而取消，小美只好一個人哀怨在家，無聊看著電視，看著看著，肚子餓得咕嚕咕嚕叫不停，小美又懶得出門。
打開冰箱，只看到原本打算烤肉使用的肉片，索性切成肉絲，炒成蛋炒飯。端著一大碗蛋炒飯，小美繼續窩在沙發上看電視，隨著肥皂劇裡的男、女主角流淚、大笑，小美突然發現，這樣也好輕鬆呀。

肉絲蛋炒飯
材料：肉絲100克、蛋2顆、白飯1碗、蔥花10克、醬油5ml、橄欖油少許
做法：炒鍋燒熱，下肉絲炒至變白色，撈起備用。下蛋、白飯以大火炒香，以醬油調味，放肉絲炒勻，灑蔥花。
