32種中藥熬製？　鼎王涉誇大不實開罰20萬元

知名麻辣鍋店《鼎王》雖然對外強調湯頭是用中藥材及天然蔬果熬煮而成，但據《壹週刊》調查發現，湯頭竟是由味精、大骨粉等10多種粉末調製而成的，而且還被驗出農藥、重金屬，涉嫌詐騙消費者的情節，儼然就是「胖達人」的翻版，今天(2月27日)上午台中市政府召開例行食安會議，也特別針對鼎王事件提出決議，市府將開罰20萬元。

據台中市副市長蔡炳坤表示，鼎王標明32種中藥熬製，但實際上卻沒有，涉及誇大不實，依食品衛生管理法，將開罰20萬元。而針對踢爆湯頭造假用粉調、食材驗出農藥重金屬等黑心情事，《鼎王》執行長陳世明也表示，去年10月就曾有路人向他告誡：「你們紅太久了，等著記者吧！」因此懷疑整起事件有幕後黑手操弄抹黑，願意以5百萬懸賞揪出幕後黑手。
