標題[心得]鐵支銀行...這幾年真的退步很多

這幾年，鐵支銀行推出了很多"貼心"的服務 其中最特別的一項業務就是─"代理獵頭" 鐵支自動幫資方找人，然後兩邊寄通知，最神的是勞方收到了通知，但資方卻什麼 都不知道.... 我曾碰過鐵支代發了兩封信，我都回願意接受面試了，資方卻能夠完全狀況外...超無言! 當然104也有類似的服務，但只是把媒合度高的名單交給廠商，讓廠商自行決定是否 要發出去.... 至於去年那個什麼競爭分析圓餅圖，更是雷到不行....比104的競爭分析弱十倍!! 但據說也便宜到部份傳產求職者....(中小型傳廠老闆有些竟然信了..XDDD) 後來被撤掉，據說是被資方(中小企業老闆)的強力要求下被迫拿掉...XD 老老實實的像104做長條圖競爭分析有很困難嗎? 明明十幾年前，鐵支還比較挺資方，連薪資選項都是比104早出，媒合系統也比較好用... -- ● NY Ｂ Ａ Ｄ ＳＴＬ SF 　Ｃ　 　Ｔ　 TC ′‵ ′‵ ′‵ ′‵ ′‵ ′‵ ′‵ ′‵ ′‵ ′‵ ￣ ￣ ￣ ￣ ￣ ￣ ￣ ￣ ￣ ￣ 張泰山 山-Rod 歐提山 葛雷山 歐東尼山 撲吼山 邦吱山 小葛瑞山 索山 猛山 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.103.221
