知名餐飲業鼎王麻辣鍋一直以來形象良好，集團執行長陳世明從每月存二千一百元開始，好不容易在二十五歲那年存到了三十萬元，讓他足以在夜市創業，當時第一間店的店名就是鼎王，靠著全新飲食模式、創新食材以及店員90度彎腰哲學打開知名度，目前旗下共有5個品牌、22家分店，但這次卻因食安問題，信用遭人質疑。
