標題[問題] 停車擦撞問題

各位版友，在上禮拜，我女友開家裡的車 停車時，右側後照鏡輕微擦撞到停在公車下車格車子的左側後照鏡 當場下車看，外觀無外傷，但車裡的婦人硬是要報警處理 時間大概是晚上10點20左右，請問要付什麼責任嗎？因為車主感覺很想要理賠！ 理賠事小，因為有保險，但對方車是停在公車下車格內，不知道責任歸屬，謝謝各位！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.74.20.49
