無良護理人員　誘騙智障者打人為樂

美國紐約4名護理人員，不但沒有好好照顧智能障礙病人，反而拿他們當作解悶工具，強迫他們打架、並在旁觀看取樂，還邊拍影片邊笑。事後「冷血4人組」已被解僱，並各被控一項重罪。

案情指出，4名年齡介乎27歲至58歲的男、女被告，去年10月至11月間，教唆一名50多歲但僅擁有相當3歲到5歲孩童智商至的男性病患，襲擊一名坐在輪椅上的病友，並將對方推倒在地上，不停踐踏他的臉部及頸部，其中一名被告則在旁拍片紀錄。短片事後被轉發給其中一名被告的朋友，警方獲報展開調查，療養院隨即解僱4人。

4名被告上個月被捕後各被控一項重罪，並准以1萬美元(約台幣30萬元)交保候審。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
