最近很喜歡替朋友的照片搞後製，有些照片經過"局部"馬賽克之後，變得很有趣

在電腦上做很簡單，利用PhotoImpact簡單就可做出局部馬賽克效果，但在手機上找了很多套，最後找到這套才能做局部馬賽克的效果
