蘋果火箭奪命 檢追查偵辦

（中央社記者盧太城台東縣5日電）「蘋果火箭」沖天炮奪走女童生命，檢察官相驗後，初步認定是蘋果火箭惹禍，檢方將進一步追查偵辦。

台東一名8歲女童和兄妹於3日放煙火，不幸遭到「蘋果火箭」射到喉嚨，女童送醫後不治，女童姨丈向警方坦承是他放的沖天炮。

台東地檢署檢察官昨天會同家屬、警方相驗，由於女童傷口處有煙火味和燒灼痕跡，初步認定是遭到「蘋果火箭」所傷。

台東地檢署表示，事發原因還必須進一步複訊相關人員，才能確定事發經過，女童姨丈是否構成刑事責任也要進一步確定。

另外，販售「蘋果火箭」的盤商和雜貨店，雖然宣稱一切合法，不過，檢方要調查使用規定、是否逾期、以及取得來源是否違法。1030205
