2013年韓流依舊強勁，每月都有南韓藝人撲台，無論是辦粉絲見面會或開演唱會，總能想出不同噱頭吸引粉絲掏腰包買票。天團SUPER JUNIOR去年在台辦3場個唱，加上子團年初來台辦見面會，共進帳約1億4200萬元，穩坐「吸金王」寶座。戲劇方面除有砸重金去好萊塢拍攝的「繼承者們」，講述豪門子弟愛上窮女孩的浪漫故事，還有融入「鬼」元素的「主君的太陽」，讓不少人邊看邊受驚嚇，兩劇不僅皆創下超過20%的收視率，也讓男女主角們聲勢再攀高峰。

去年南韓演藝圈除誕生許多對銀色新夫妻，也有許多偶像高調認愛，包括Rain和金泰希、金汎和文瑾瑩等姊弟戀情侶檔，可說是非常甜蜜的一年。
