北市首發弱勢垃圾袋抵價券卻挨批

北市環保局將在1月27日至2月27日的上班日，發放專用垃圾袋抵價券給中低、低收入戶，共計5.7萬人可到戶籍區清潔隊各領取190元抵價券。北市議員林世宗23日質疑要求補助對象到戶籍地清潔隊領取是「好事做半套」，不如透過各里辦公室代發送，以免有人未收到通知，或為領190元抵價券須請假。

環保局說，補助對象可先向戶籍區清潔隊電話預約，在晚上8時前往領取；3月3日起可到環保局領取。
