車上吸毒又擁槍 3人送辦

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄23日電）高雄警方今天發現一輛自小客車違規停車，攔檢發現車上3人神色慌張，進一步盤查查出正吸食安非他命，並起出改造手槍1把。

高雄市警察局保安大隊表示，員警執行巡邏勤務時，在三民區發現這輛可疑汽車違規併排停放，因此上前盤查。

警方說，三人神色慌張，坦承因找不到安全地方開毒趴，就直接在車上開轟趴，吸食安非他命，員警也在副駕駛座旁起獲改造空氣手槍1把。

警訊後，警方將全案依違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例、毒品危害防制條例等，移送高雄地檢署偵辦。1030123
