針頭刺人恐嚇緩訴

鄭姓男子與女友分手看到她和張姓男同事走在一起，懷疑2人關係曖昧，去年10月從後方拿利器朝張男猛K，張男血流不止，鄭揚言「攻擊你的是愛滋針頭」，檢方發現鄭男並未被感染，但認定其構成恐嚇罪，上午給鄭男緩起訴處分1年，應支付國庫1萬元。
