【動新聞】鴻海老臣藏贓4千萬　辯私房錢

檢調偵辦鴻海高幹集體收回扣案，查出ＳＭＴ技術委員會副主委廖萬城，涉長期指示ＳＭＴ3名委員，向供應商索回扣共近億元，且疑經白手套郝緒光協助，以人頭藏匿4千萬元贓款，昨遭收押禁見。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，白手套郝緒光應訊時，對檢調查出他在貝里斯設立境外公司帳戶內近億元鉅款，先稱是投資上海的股票紅利，隨後坦承是牽線鴻海設備採購案的佣金，一半透過在香港的人頭帳戶匯給廖萬城，但遭聲押後，又改口所有錢都是廖的，因廖與妻子感情不好，才把錢寄放他那裡。廖萬城否認郝匯給他的4千多萬元是贓款，辯稱不想讓老婆知道他藏私房錢，才寄放人頭帳戶，但法官不採信，認定廖、郝有串證及逃亡之虞，昨裁定收押禁見。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
