王振堂辭董事 退出宏碁經營層

宏碁（2353）昨（22）日發布人事公告，前董座王振堂繼去年底陸續卸下董事長與執行長職務後，昨天也請辭董事，全面退出宏碁經營層，未來僅擔任宏碁顧問。

王振堂請辭宏碁董事並不讓人意外，由於宏碁去年營運不佳，連續二年陷入虧損，王振堂去年11月已陸續宣布請辭宏碁董事長與執行長，昨天進一步退出董事會。

為了協助宏碁平順穩定地度過這段變革轉型的關鍵時期，王振堂仍擔任宏碁顧問，讓經營團隊順利交接。

宏碁主管昨天表示，宏碁6月的股東常會中將進行董監事改選，王振堂請辭後的董事懸缺會等到6月再改選。
