「刀鋒戰士」涉殺女友案　或得賠至少5百萬

【國際中心／綜合報導】南非知名跑者「刀鋒戰士」比斯托利斯(Oscar Pistorius)，被指控於去年情人節槍殺模特兒女友斯廷坎普（Reeva Steenkamp），有報道指27歲的比斯托利斯正與女友家屬就民事索償案商討庭外和解，比斯托利斯可能向對方賠償至少200萬南非幣（約554萬元台幣）。
 
南非媒體「News24」報道稱，斯廷坎普家長控告比斯托利斯導致收入損失和情緒困擾，並索償約為200萬至300萬南非幣（約554至831萬元台幣）。
 
比斯托利斯之前曾多次聲稱，自己誤把斯廷坎普當賊，故自衞開槍殺死她。該案刑事部分已訂於3月3日開審，目前計畫中的審理法官為女性，屬本案中第一次有女性法官。若謀殺罪成立，比斯托利斯未來恐將面臨終身監禁的刑責。
