Topless Empire State Building Photo Shoot Could Cost Photographer Big Bucks - Allen Henson

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】美國一名商業攝影師韓森(Allen Henson)，去年八月帶著工作人員與一名上空女模特兒，登到紐約地標帝國大廈86樓的室外展望台，在擠滿遊客的展望台上替這名女模拍攝一系列照片，事後韓森將照片放在自己的網站上供人欣賞。但這個公開的動作引來帝國大廈管理階層的不滿，認為韓森光天化日「裸拍」的行為，已經嚴重傷害到帝國大廈「老少咸宜」、「適合全家光臨」的形象，決定對他提告，求償美金1百萬元(約台幣3千萬元)，並禁止他再踏入帝國大廈一步。

但韓森表示，這是他《城市中的胸部》計畫(Boobs Around Town Project)的一部分，是個「社會實驗」(Social Experiment)，他也帶著上空女模在曼哈頓中央公園與紐約半島飯店中、眾目睽睽下拍攝。目前這場訴訟正在進行中。
