【游芳男／宜蘭報導】eTag又出包搶錢，平面車道也計費！宜蘭李姓男子說：「簡直像強盜搶錢，我要退eTag！」每天宜蘭蘇澳來回上班的李男表示，昨傍晚下班時，從蘇澳北上時，好奇的想試驗一下有沒有問題，特別下羅東交流道，在平面車道旁超商買巧克力後，再從羅東交流道上國道回到宜蘭；結果一查之下發現，2.3公里長的平面車道，也被eTag計程收費2.76元。李男氣憤表示，「eTag亂計程，不知有多少了吃了暗虧，遠通還錢來！」
