主權風險指數 台灣名次改善

貝萊德發表最新季度，根據最新統計至2013年12月底的全球主權風險指數，台灣此次名次上升至第六名，上一季度為第七名，是亞洲中唯一排名進步的市場。

美國排名不變，但財政狀況已有改善，預期美國預算赤字以及整體債務規模降低，其中經濟復甦有助稅收增加，量化寬鬆逐步退場，以及自動減赤機制都將幫助紓緩政府財政負擔，但美國後續需面對二月七日債務上限到期日的難題。
