日前遭一審重判16年的大統董事長高振利，近日除了以個人名義，在平面媒體刊登半版廣告，向廠商及社會大眾表達歉意外，甚至還要求中盤商簽下協議書，幫他向法官求情。

盤商自救會召集人蔡太太痛批，高振利不斷「哭窮」卻還有錢登廣告，還利用年關將近，迫中盤商簽下協議書，答應他只須還四成債務就須放棄法律追訴權，毫無誠意，盤商自救會將提起法律訴訟，並求償1500萬。
