【短片】低溫特報　今晚至明晨低溫下探10℃

【張勵德／台北報導】中央氣象局上午發布低溫特報，今天傍晚起到明天清晨受到強烈大陸冷氣團影響，各地氣溫明顯偏低，預估嘉義以北沿海空曠地區及金門、馬祖將出現攝氏10度左右低溫，提醒農漁養殖業者嚴防寒害，民眾要特別注意做好保暖準備，使用瓦斯熱水器也要注意室內通風，以防一氧化碳中毒。

另外，由於冷氣團挾帶豐沛水氣，氣象局同時也發布大雨特報，今天基隆北海岸、北市及新北市山區及恆春半島有局部大雨發生機會，提醒民眾留意。

根據氣象局觀測，到上午10時30分為止，累積雨量最多的地方為新北市大粗坑的33.5毫米，屏東墾丁雷達站也有31.5毫米。
