寒流又來 宜蘭啟動街友關懷措施

寒流又來襲，宜蘭縣政府啟動關懷網，設溪北、溪南據點，提供街友熱食、禦寒衣物、睡袋等物資，在溪南地區為人安基金會羅東街友平安站，電話（03）9546577，地址在羅東鎮純精路3段63號，溪北地區在竹林養護院，電話（03）9889357，地址在礁溪鄉六結路151號。

縣政府今天說，這兩處據點都有緊急安置街友的服務，提供臨時夜宿、生活照顧，縣政府出動行動式沐浴車，寒流期間的每周一、五下午，在宜蘭市中山公園讓街友沐浴，並提供保暖衣、物資，讓街友抗寒防飢。
