一名涉嫌參與輪暴案而遭到逮捕的20歲日本男子，7日從橫濱地檢署川崎支部逃走，在神奈川縣當地警力增派4000名警力進行地毯式搜索後，終於在橫濱市逮捕嫌犯。

杉本裕太因為涉嫌輪暴與搶劫等犯罪，6日遭到日本警方逮捕。不過，當地時間7日下午2點，他從拘留所移送到橫濱地檢署川崎支部中，在支部的川崎法務聯合廳舍4樓的「同行室」接受身體檢查後，假借上廁所為由，成功脫逃。

嫌犯從警察身邊逃走，不只讓神奈川縣民人心惶惶，更讓當地警方顏面掃地。神奈川縣警方7日出動2700人搜索，在橫濱地檢川崎支部附近約100公尺處的民宅發現嫌犯脫下的衣服。

嫌犯9日上午終於在橫濱市泉區落網，讓當地居民終於能夠鬆一口氣。
