遠通遭駭事件 吳陳鐶：限縮監聽權 將不利偵辦

遠通電收主機遭到網路駭客在3小時內攻擊82億次，造成主機癱瘓，被行政院視為嚴重惡意攻擊事件。法務部長吳陳鐶表示，立法院正在討論修改「通信保障及監察法」，限縮檢方跟監蒐證的權限，規定檢察官必須向法院聲請後才能調閱通聯記錄；不過他指出，類似遠通案的網路駭客事件，攻擊IP的來源不知道有多少，如果必須一一聲請才能調閱通聯記錄，恐怕會很難偵辦。

吳陳鐶說：『如果每一件都要向法官聲請調通聯，如何來申請？那太多太多了，根本偵辦的時效就來不及了，82億筆攻擊，要追索是從哪個IP出來的，如果要調通聯，是不是要調82億筆？』

吳陳鐶說，立法院下周將再協商通保法的修法，他會以遠通電收案為例，向立委說明修改通保法對偵辦刑事案件的影響。
