【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆氣溫驟降至12℃，且又飄起陣陣風雨，今天早上10時許，海洋廣場賞鴨人潮稀落，許多攤商早上尚未營業，也有攤商搬出黑色「薑母鴨」在店門口坐鎮刺激買氣，賞鴨區封鎖線也未見指揮工作人員。

但仍有少數民眾不畏風雨撐傘看鴨，台北吳姓男子因女兒想看小鴨，請假攜家帶眷來基隆一睹小鴨風采，也有來自新店北新國小師生30人安排戶外教學，六年級學生們見小鴨七嘴八舌說，「刀疤鴨好酷」、「小鴨爆破又復活，還冒雨來上班真辛苦！」開心與小鴨合影。
