助廠商圍標4千萬元工程 河川局官員重判7年

水利署第一河川局辦理宜蘭縣蘭陽溪大同鄉英士段防災減災工程傳出弊端！張姓工程員在承辦發包作業時，涉嫌勸退其他投標廠商，協助與家族有私交的許姓砂石商得標，宜蘭地方法院今天依「圖利」罪嫌，判處張姓工程員有期徒刑7年，許姓包商則被依妨害投標罪嫌，判刑3年6個月。

檢警調查指出，水利署第一河川局在民國97年及98年間，辦理發包底價為4千多萬元的蘭陽溪大同鄉英士段防災減災工程，張姓工程員為讓許姓業者得標，打電話要求其他投標廠商抽單；而許姓廠商為求順利得標，不但借牌圍標，也恐嚇其他投標廠商，雙方有勾結圖利之嫌。

案經檢調單位偵辦起訴，宜蘭地方法院審理終結，今天依圖利及妨害投標罪嫌，分別對2人判刑。
