「日月明功」虐殺案　檢借提詹母做精神鑑定

彰化靈修團體「日月明功」虐殺詹姓高三生一案，彰化檢方因辦案需要，31日借提詹姓高三生母親黃芬雀，到彰化基督教醫院做精神鑑定，結果判定未異常。

詹姓高中生因母親黃芬雀沉迷「日月明功」，竟被負責人陳巧明等11人囚禁虐待18天致死，檢方後來突破黃芬雀的心防，供出陳巧明等共犯涉案，檢方隨將11名被告羈押禁見。

黃芬雀向檢方透露，陳巧明在5月19日曾下令劉享易、林甫朋、吳仁甫將兒子綁起來，還在嘴巴塞東西，讓他發不出聲音，再叫許愛珍與自己找水管、竹子，全部的人輪流鞭打，逼兒子認錯。

彰化檢方為確認黃芬雀證詞的可信度，並釐清案情的諸多疑點，今天借提黃芬雀到彰化基督教醫院做精神鑑定，結果判定未異常。
