逼人自慰證明沒吸毒　變態男判刑2年2月

【劉昌松／台北報導】新北市林姓男子去年以吸毒會陽痿為由，逼1名高中生打手槍，還播放手機中的Ａ片給高中生看，直到高中生射精為止，高院今天依故意對少年強制猥褻罪，判林男徒刑2年2月，並沒收作案用手機。本案還可上訴。

新北地院判決指出，林男去年8月23日深夜，在新北市蘆洲區一間便利商店前，看到17歲的被害人獨自一人可欺，竟上前恐嚇：「你是不是在賣藥（指毒品）的？我要抓1名賣藥的給我老大」，並把被害人帶到暗巷騎樓，以吸毒的會陽痿等理由，要求被害人打手槍，否則「不會放你走」。

被害人被迫看著林男手機中的A片射精後回家告訴姊姊，一起到警局報案逮捕變態嫌犯，一審林男被判刑2年2月，上訴高院今天遭駁回。
