乾爽持續回溫　跨年夜低溫約13℃

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，氣溫持續回溫，但早晚溫度仍低，今天清晨因東北風帶來冷空氣及輻射冷卻的影響，目前平地最低溫為嘉義12.2℃。今天跨年夜至明天元旦，預估台南以北及宜蘭低溫13、14℃，中部空曠地區仍會有12℃左右的低溫，高屏、花東低溫約在15到16℃。

氣象局表示，今天白天的高溫，北臺灣約18、19℃，其它地區在21到24℃。今天至元旦清晨水氣會更為減少，西半部地區為穩定、多雲到晴的天氣，東半部地區雲量上會多一些，局部地區會有一些零星的短暫雨，但降雨的機率不高。
