高鐵春節票開賣　瞬間塞機

【李姿慧／台北報導】春節僅有6天連假，其中首日就是除夕，不少民眾將擠在第一天假期返鄉，加上部分離峰班次推出早鳥優惠，高鐵春節車票今天0時起開賣，系統一開始就湧現搶票潮，0時不到就高鐵網站開始壅塞，一開放後訂票後，瞬間塞機，PTT上訂票網友一片哀嚎聲：「準時塞住」、「果然又卡」，最後還出現網頁無法使用，連手機APP也選不到日期，狀況慘烈。
 
高鐵開放訂票約10到20分鐘後，陸續有網友紛紛表示已訂到票了，並指今年雖一開始有塞到，但比往年好訂多了。

高鐵春節加開291班加班車，考量往年春節車票開賣大塞機，台灣高鐵表示，系統瞬間將可容納2200人同時交易，今年還特地增加設備，增加定位主機功能，讓交易速度可以再增加，且事先進行功能演練和測試，系統沒有問題，但民眾仍習慣第一時間搶票導致壅塞。
