騎士官方在29日發出聲明，球隊中鋒「火車男孩」Andrew Bynum將被無限期禁賽。

聲明指出，Bynum因為「造成球隊損害的行為」，即日起遭到禁賽，同時也禁止參與球隊任何活動。

騎士球團並未具體指出Bynum做出何種會損害球隊的行為，騎士主帥Mike Brown也不願對此有更進一步的說明。

「他（Bynum）可是遭到無限期禁賽，我可不會用輕鬆的態度來看待這件事，你應該知道無限期的意思吧？」Brown在29日騎士作客塞爾提克賽後表示。

「我們休息室裡還有14位對於比賽相當專注、準備好迎接任何挑戰、懂得用正確方式打球的球員。」Brown表示：「這是我現在所關心的，我要幫助他們贏球。」
