男偷竊後良心不安　又將贓物還給被害人

【戴之聖／基隆報導】1名28歲張姓男子因自己職務之便，知道基隆市區1處大樓後方的置物櫃無人管理，因此日前便前往該處，竊取1名闕姓女子的置物櫃，偷了現金1000元、行動電話、提款卡、琉璃球、背包等物品。

張男將現金花光後突然良心不安，於隔天晚間10時許將其他物品拿至闕女家中交還，闕女家人因此報案處理。基隆地方法院認為，張男正值青壯年，僅因缺錢花用就竊取財物，不過張男犯後態度良好也與闕女達成和解，因此僅判張男有期徒刑2個月可易科罰金，如不服可繼續上訴。
