原文恕刪~~~~ 借標題詢問 公司最近發佈消息說，業績最差的兩個將要減薪 在12月發佈(原本說是12月的業績，但現在往後移到一月) 她不是在公司公佈欄，而是類似網路的社團發佈(公司的人都看得到)的話 我需要在一個月內底下留言，我不同意減薪這個罰則。 如果沒有在一個月內說出，我的想法是否會被認為是同意這項罰則呢?? 如果到時真的有減薪這件事，但我提出要離職，這樣可以拿得到資遣費嗎??? 謝謝大家回答。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.233.116.35
