寒流籠罩今各地氣溫偏低　預計明起氣溫回升

【張勵德／台北報導】受到寒流籠罩影響，今天清晨各地氣溫仍然相當寒冷，台南以北及宜蘭低溫只有攝氏10到12度，高屏及花東地區低溫約攝氏14到15度，最低溫為淡水的攝氏9.9度，新竹也只有攝氏10度。中央氣象局預估，今天白天北台灣高溫約攝氏14到15度，中南部及花東地區約攝氏18到20度，日夜溫差明顯，提醒民眾仍須做好保暖準備。

氣象局表示，北部、東半部地區及中部山區仍有局部短暫雨，其中基隆北海岸、及宜蘭降雨機率較高，中南部平地大多維持多雲到晴的穩定天氣。

氣象局預估，這波寒流預計明天白天起逐漸減弱，各地氣溫略回升約攝氏1到2度，但早晚氣溫仍然偏低，中部以北地區低溫約攝氏10度，南部及東部地區低溫約攝氏13到14度；北部及東半部地區仍有局部短暫雨，其他地區維持多雲到晴。
