聲援苑裡反瘋車爆衝突　18學生遭訴

【方翊倩／綜合報導】苗栗縣苑裡反瘋車自救會，今年4月29日為了阻撓英華威公司灌漿施工與警爆衝突，檢方本月24日又依強制罪起訴了苑裡鎮代張琦享在內的6名鄉親及14名聲援學生。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，自救會成員抗爭迄今共34人被起訴，其中18名學生。目前擔任實習律師的陳品安指出，當初得知英華威未與地方居民充分溝通即強行施工，才會到場靜坐，過程並未有強暴脅迫行為，3天內卻2次被依強制罪送辦，根本就是警方執法過當，檢察官也濫權起訴。
