「新相機」有陌生人照　保固期1年誆2年

【方翊倩／綜合報導】有民眾向PChome商店街店家「喜攝仕」購買數位相機，卻發現相機內建記憶體存有一張男童照片，質疑業者把二手相機當新機賣。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，張小姐10月購買一台防水數位相機，隔日到貨後，僅以店家贈送的記憶卡測試相機功能正常，便未再使用，直到11月中到馬來西亞玩，就發現相機故障無法開機使用。返國後她取出記憶卡，使用傳輸線檢視相機情況，竟發現相機內建記憶體中有張陌生男童照片，拍攝時間為2013年9月12日，質疑業者交付二手相機。

喜攝仕否認販售二手相機，卻無法解釋記憶體內的照片從何而來，還要她自行送修元佑，沒想到她察看保固卡及向元佑公司詢問，還發現保固期僅有1年，非業者標榜的2年。 

張小姐於10月15日在PChome商店街店家「喜攝仕」（上圖）購買的數位相機，內建記憶體竟有拍攝日期為9月12日（下圖）的照片。
