招攬外籍富人 日擬放寬簽證

【張翠蘭／綜合外電報導】日本政府為了達到「觀光立國」的目標，招攬更多有錢的外籍國觀光客前去日本消費並且投資不動產，正考慮放寬外籍富裕人士的居留期限，凡符合條件者，可由目前最長90天延長到1年。
 
日本放送協會（NHK）今天報導，日本希望吸引更多外國觀光客，決定重新審視核發長期居留簽證給外籍富裕人士的條件。基於觀光等目的入境的外籍人士，目前最長可停留90天。日本正在研議，若符合一定資產等條件，考慮放寬這些有錢外國人的居留期限最長至1年。

日本擬參考外國的規範，預定在明年中制定有關年齡、資產額和年收等的條件。目前有些國家批准外籍富裕人士長期旅居的措施，例如，澳洲允許外籍人士在55歲以上、擁有逾7000萬日圓（約2000萬元新台幣）資產者可旅居4年；紐西蘭則規定，66歲以上、資產逾4100萬日圓（約1200萬元新台幣）者，可旅居2年。
